Custom Orders & Requests

Yes! I'm always open to new ideas. Depending on the request, there may be some limitations, especially if I don't have the exact equipment on hand to test fitment. In some cases, I may work with customers to beta test new designs. Feel free to reach out with your idea and I'll let you know what's possible.

Absolutely. All panels are designed and manufactured in-house, which gives me a lot of flexibility. If you need a custom size, just send over your specifications and I'll work with you to make it happen.

Within reason, yes. If it's something you'd feel comfortable having printed at a local print shop, it's likely fine. I won't produce anything involving hate speech, explicit illegal content, or designs that could cause legal issues. If you're unsure, just ask.

Production & Shipping

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Please keep in mind that weekends, holidays, or unexpected events (like severe weather) may cause slight delays.

All products are made in my personal workshop in North Carolina, USA.

Yes, I do. International shipping is available, though it is not free. You can contact me for an estimate, or check rates directly at checkout (or via Etsy if applicable). I've successfully shipped to countries like India, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and France.

Orders, Returns & Support

Please visit the returns page and fill out the form. I stand behind my products and will work with you to make things right.

Yes, for damaged or incorrect items. Because many products are custom-made, returns for other reasons may be limited—feel free to contact me if you have questions about your specific situation.

If you contact me quickly, I'll do my best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Product Details

Most panels are designed with common modular synth standards in mind (such as Eurorack), but compatibility can vary depending on the specific product. If you're unsure, reach out and I'll help confirm fitment.

Materials vary by product, but typically include high-quality metals or durable plastics designed for long-term use in modular systems.

Whenever possible, yes. I prefer to have the relevant equipment on hand to ensure proper fit and function before offering a product.

Contact

The best way to reach me is through the contact form on the site (or Etsy, if that's where you placed your order). I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
